Mosaics® decorative concrete products are a series of texturing and coloring products designed to make a masterpiece out of concrete. Mosaics® texture stamps and mats are molded from Polydur™, an advanced, new polymer resin material that has better strength and stability than urethane resin, the most-widely used resin in the manufacture of stamping tools available before today. Mosaics™ rigid stamps also will maintain their original stiffness throughout the pour, resulting in a more uniform performance and texture depth, making artistic finishes more precise and enabling contractors to be more productive, efficient and produce a more natural and authentic look.

Mosaics™ stamps and mats are designed to be utilized by trained professionals on fresh concrete or Mosaics® especially-formulated stamp overlayment products to create the authentic look and texture of brick, tile and stone.

The 2008 line-up pictured in our catalog includes both rigid stamps and mats as well as flexible “floppy” mats.  All rigid stamps are marked D or O, indicating grout line depth. D designates Deep grout lines, suitable for concrete and O designates shallower Overlay depth. Shallow grout lines are more suitable for overlay applications but the O-code mats can be also be used to stamp concrete if a shallow grout line texture is preferred. Rigid stamps are color-coded: O=Orange, Y=Yellow and G=Green. The flex mats are all the same color, N=Natural Amber, making them easier to distinguish from the rigid mats on the jobsite.
